A structured information platform for ACG collectors.

MerchLog is a structured information platform built for ACG fans who care about what exists — not just what is available.
Across regions, platforms, and events, ACG merchandise is often released in fragmented ways: limited drops, region-exclusive versions, and time-restricted collaborations. For collectors, the challenge is not only getting the item, but first knowing it exists.
MerchLog organizes merchandise by IP, tracks regional differences, and presents product information in a clear, comparable format. Instead of focusing on transactions, we focus on visibility — helping fans understand what has been released, where, and in what form.
We also recognize that much of this knowledge lives within fan communities. MerchLog is designed as a growing archive, where structured information and community contributions can come together to reduce information gaps.
Because collecting should not depend on luck.
It should start with knowing.
We surface what exists — not just what's for sale. If it was released, it should be findable.
Every release is tagged by region, exclusivity, and availability — so collectors never miss a local drop.
Fan knowledge is vast. Our archive grows through community contributions — structured, reviewed, and shared.
Information is presented in a clear, comparable format — not hidden in forum threads or social posts.

New to ACG merchandise and need a reliable information source
MerchLog is currently an MVP (Minimum Viable Product), developed as a university capstone project. Our goal is to validate whether this concept can truly help ACG collectors.
This version includes core features: IP Library, Product Details, Region Tracking, and Community Discussion. We will continue to improve and add features based on user feedback.
Yes, MerchLog is completely free. We are a community-driven information platform, not a marketplace.
No. MerchLog is a pure information database. We help you discover what exists and where it was released — purchasing is always done through official channels or trusted retailers.
Information comes from public sources and community contributions. Any fan can submit merchandise info through our Submit page, and our team reviews entries before they go live.
We cover a wide range including figures, acrylic standees, badges, apparel, stationery, and limited event collaborations — across anime and game IPs from Japan and China.
We aim for accuracy and timeliness, but as a community-built platform, some entries may lag behind official announcements. Always verify with official sources before purchasing.
If you have suggestions, found incorrect info, or want to contribute content, please reach out through our submission page. We value every user's feedback!
